Our infrastructure is designed for high availability and reliability, with redundant systems, automated failover mechanisms, and comprehensive monitoring that alerts us to any issues immediately. We maintain 99.9% uptime targets and continuously work to improve our systems' resilience and performance. When incidents do occur, we work quickly to resolve them and provide detailed post-incident reports explaining what happened and what we've done to prevent similar issues in the future.

Service Components

AutoBlox consists of multiple interconnected services, each monitored independently to provide granular status information. Our main services include the web application interface, the AI code generation API, the UI component generation service, 3D model creation engine, authentication and authorization systems, database services, and the Roblox Studio plugin delivery system. Each component is monitored for response times, error rates, and availability.

We're currently building out our status page infrastructure to provide real-time updates, historical incident data, and detailed service metrics. Once complete, you'll be able to see current status indicators, recent incidents, scheduled maintenance windows, and performance metrics for each service component. This will help you understand if any issues you're experiencing are related to our services or something else.
